Our Referral Process
Step 2. Chrissy, our medical receptionist, will let you know that she has received the referral and will work with our billing specialist, Jeannie, to process the request.

Step 3. The patient and/or caregiver will be contacted and informed of any out of pocket expense for treatment based upon our insurance review.
Step 4. Once we receive consent for treatment, our clinical team will reach out to coordinate an initial visit. We will also reach out to the patient’s primary care physician to let them know of our planned evaluation.
